چکیده

Pores in coal are not only the main space for coalbed methane (CBM) occurrence but also to be opened during CBM recovery. Therefore, analysis of impact hydraulic fracturing on pores, especially change adsorption pores before and after fracturing, is great significance evaluation effect Hydraulic experiments low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technology were used analyze changes T 2 curve, pore, effects distance situ stresses pore modification samples Sihe (SH) Chengzhuang (CZ) mines fracturing. The results show that can affect <10 nm. CZ exhibit stronger heterogeneity than SH size distribution (PSD) anisotropy increased. For with poor heterogeneity, transformation depends more stresses. smaller horizontal difference facilitates establishment complex networks. After when diameter 30–100 nm, volume proportions directions maximum principal stress (? H ), minimum h vertical V ) increase from 43.73% 64.84%, 59.79%, 60.16%, respectively. increases PSD samples.

High-Density Lipoprotein Measurement Methods: From Precipitation to Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)

Introduction: Extensive research suggests a common hypothesis regarding the protective role of total high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) against cardiovascular disease (CVD). This hypothesis indicates an inverse relationship between CVD and high HDL-C levels. Various mechanisms, such as reverse cholesterol transport, besides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant functions, indicate HDL-C a...

Fundamental aspects of parahydrogen enhanced low-field nuclear magnetic resonance.

We report new phenomena in low-field 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy using parahydrogen induced polarization (PHIP), enabling determination of chemical shift differences, δν, and the scalar coupling constant J. NMR experiments performed with thermal polarization in millitesla magnetic fields do not allow the determination of scalar coupling constants for homonuclear coupled spi...

The Conformations of 1-Thiacyclooctan-3-One Dynamic Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Force-Field Calculation

The 1H and natural-abundance 13C-NMR spectra of 1-thiacyclooctan-3-one (1) have been measured from 25 to -100°C. Coalescence is observed in the 1H-NMR spectra of (1) at about -80°C, and attributed to ring inversion in a boat-chair conformation, which is the predominant conformation of (1). The free energy of activation (DG¹</s...

Zero-Field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Techniques for studying molecular structure, such as x-ray diffraction and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), often require the use of single crystals' or oriented samples. ' NMR, for example, is sensitive to interatomic distances and angles through spectral splittings caused by internucl. ear dipol. e-dipole couplings in high magnetic field. Where only polycrystalline powders or amorphous mater...

Analysis of serum by high-field proton nuclear magnetic resonance.

Improvements in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology are generating an expanding variety of medical applications. In this investigation I have used high-field proton NMR to identify and quantity endogenous and ingested substances in human serum. After addition of a small amount of 2H2O and a reference compound to a 0.4-mL specimen, spectra were recorded for 3 min in Fourier-transform mod...
